Born and raised in California, I competed in baseball for most of my youth. I enjoyed trying other sports along the way (such as hockey, soccer, and basketball) until I realized I belonged in the water. I transitioned to water polo and swimming through high school and into the collegiate level competitive scene.
This passion for athletics led me down the path of completing a Masters of Science in Sport Psychology from National University, and building this line of work for myself where I can help others through their journey. This career allows me to work with a diverse set of people and apply my knowledge to help anyone no matter if they are a youth soccer player looking to gain a competitive edge, or the CEO of a corporation seeking ways to advance their skill set and employees under them.
