Everyone already holds strengths with their mental performance and during our consultations we will acknowledge the skills you have and work on the areas that we find need the most improvement. My goal is to improve the skills you hold and add more tools to your collection.

Consultation Process:
The initial consultation is a free 15-minute call held via phone or Zoom. This conversation is designed to help us get to know each other, discuss your goals, and determine if we're a good fit to work together.
If we decide to move forward after those 15 minutes, we can either schedule a full one-hour session for a later date or continue immediately for the remaining 45 minutes at a discounted rate.
